Refund Policy

Due to the limited-edition nature of Ed’s Potheads™ collectible drops, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except under specific conditions outlined below.

ELIGIBLE CASES FOR SUPPORT

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong product is delivered
• The package is lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

In such cases, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect purchase decisions
• Minor packaging imperfections
• Delays caused by courier services

LIMITED EDITION POLICY

Each Ed’s Potheads™ product is part of a strictly limited production run. Once a drop is sold out, it is permanently discontinued, making every purchase part of a finite collectible series.
